The notable re-Anglicisation of the Nicene-Constantinopolitan Creed to the liturgical first-person singular form, 'I believe,' marks yet another area in which the new translation conforms to the age-old Anglican Rite.

There is hope that the we can make Anglicans out of the Roman Catholics yet. One wonders why the Vatican put up with the terrible English translation of the Roman Missal for so long? I have always wondered why they did not use the English of the Pius X Missal?
